Anna Cyronek-Kalinowska was born on 14th July 1919 in Częstochowa as the daughter of Michał Kozłowski and Amelia Kozłowska née Lang

1939
She finished the Industry and Trade School of the Sisters of Resurrection in Częstochowa.
1939-1941
First years of the war and occupation Anna spent with her parents and sisters in Częstochowa.
1942
Anna married Władysław Cyronek, a pharmacist by profession, in Druskienniki (now Lithuania). She has got two children from this marriage: daughter Grażyna (born in 1944) and son Kazmierz (born in 1945)

1945-1946
Cyronek came back together with her husband and children to Chęstochowa and next moved with the family to Braniewo (West Pomerania)
1949
She came to Poznań and took up paid work at the “Kulczyński-Szatkowski” Furniture Company
1950-1955
She studied at State College of Fine Art in Poznań, Faculty of Interior Architecture. Her tutors at that time were e.g. Eustachy Wasilkowski (painting) and Marian Szmańda (drawing).
1955
Cyronek graduated with distinction from State College of Fine Art in Poznań.
1956
The beginning of the acquaintance with Tadeusz Kalinowski – a well-known painter from Poznań connected with the abstraction movement, a co-founder of the avant-garde art group “4F+R”. Soon he became her life partner. Cyronek has got son Adam (born 1959) from this relationship. She was admitted to the Association of Polish Artists and Designers (ZPAP).
1959
Cyronek presented her paintings together with T. Kalinowski at Działyński Palace in Poznań. Individual exhibitions at Bureau of Artistic Exhibitions (BWA) in Koszalin and The Intellectuals Club in Wałcz.

1960
The individual painting exhibition at ZPAP Club (Wolności Square), Poznań.
1962
She took part in the Contemporary Polish Painting Festival in Szczecin
1965
She participated in the Regional Youth Exhibition, the Arsenal City Art Gallery, Poznań.
1967
A painting exhibition together with Tadeusz Kalinowski at the ZPAP Club (Wolności Square), Poznań.

1969
She took part in the Nationwide Exhibition of Painting, BWA Biesko-Biała and in the exhibition “Poznań Fine Arts on 25th anniversary of PRL (Polish People’s Republic)”, the National Museum in Poznań.
1969-1970
An individual painting exhibition at the Arsenal City Art Gallery, Poznań.
1970
An individual painting exhibition at the “A” Art Gallery in Gniezno.

Anna took part in the following exhibitions: – “20 from Poznań” BWA Cracow – the Exhibition of Poznań Fine Arts, Brno – individual exhibitions in Leszno (BWA Art Gallery) and in Kalisz (Culture Club Art Gallery)

She presented pictures at the exhibition “Abstraction in Poznań Artistic Circles”, the Arsenal City Art Gallery, Poznań.
